1. Service Agreement:
By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. We will provide cleaning services as requested and agreed upon by both parties. Cleaners and clients are bound by the services agreed in advance that form part of the cleaning contract. Additional service requirements are to be arranged prior to our arrival on site and may incur additional fees.

2. Service Area:
We operate two service area bands. Price Band 1 and Price Band 2 shown on our Service Area Map. Band1 properties do not require additional mileage fees. Band 2 properties are out of our standard catchment area and will be charged an extra fee of £8 to cover travel. Any location outside of Band 2 is not currently within our operating radius.

3. Payment:
Payment for our services is due by end of day on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Late payments are subject to statutory interest charges not to exceed £40. We accept credit/debit cards, or bank transfers by standing order for contract cleaning.

4. Admin Fee:
Please note that an administration fee of £8 per visit will be added to your invoice, regardless of duration of our cleaner's time at your home. This fee helps cover essential operational costs, including DBS checks for our cleaners to ensure your security, liability insurance, scheduling, and other business-related expenses.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of £25.
6. Liability:
We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of items that occur during the cleaning process, unless it is due to our negligence.
7. Pet Policy:
We require you to secure your pets prior to our cleaners entering your property. We do not accept responsibility for unsecured pets that escape the property during cleaning services.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee:
We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the area at no additional charge.
9. Access:
You are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, a lockout fee of £17 may be charged.
10. Health and Safety:
For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to refuse service in situations that we deem to be unsafe or hazardous. Our cleaners will not take unnecessary risks including working at height or use of equipment not fit for purpose.
11. Privacy Policy:
